Returns & change

  •          To make an exchange or return for an online purchase please refer to the below procedures. Please remember that the return and exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through SHOPBOZZOLO.COM
  •          All refunds are STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Exceptions
  •          If you have received damaged / defected products please send an email to support@shopbozzolo.com within 2 days of receipt of goods with the following information :
  •          All return merchandise must be unworn and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  •          Customers must contact us before their return. Otherwise we charge 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
  •          Once a return has been authorized, the customer will have 5 days to send the return to our facility. Any returns received after 5 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  •          Please note again, “sale items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for an exchange or refunds.
  •          PLEASE HAVE ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. (MUST BE COMPLETE PACK)
  •          ShopBozzolo will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.
